Bvlgari B2C Customer Service Associate - Italian Speaking

- Generate and convert sales leads into successful transactions.
- Maintain and build relationships with current and new customers.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Address and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Manage accounts and maintain relevant records.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on retailer interactions and progress towards targets.
- Deliver luxury, friendly, professional, and efficient service via various communication channels.
- Identify and escalate issues appropriately.
- Document all interactions using CRM software.
- Identify and challenge any negative effects on the customer experience.
- Fluent in English and Italian, Spanish is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of sales and client relationship experience in luxury or exclusive brands.
- Customer service experience in luxury hospitality, call center, or IT support.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, SAP, and MS Suite.
- Strong communication skills with exceptional writing and editing capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing situations.
- Organizational skills to meet department targets such as sales, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
- Patient and empathetic with a continuous-improvement mindset.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and client relationship management within the luxury or exclusive brand sector.
