- Manage the order-to-shipping process for a dedicated client portfolio, ensuring adherence to internal SLAs and KPIs.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding product and order details, including stock availability and delivery status.
- Coordinate operational market activities for the assigned portfolio, utilizing all available resources effectively.
- Anticipate client needs by taking full ownership of the portfolio and adopting a proactive approach.
- Monitor and resolve issues related to customers, orders, and deliveries, such as pricing discrepancies and product availability.
- Handle claims and reverse logistics for the client portfolio.
- Report on market activities and trends to inform decision-making processes.
- Ensure the order experience aligns with the luxurious standards of Bulgari.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Fluency in Italian is desired.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, or Logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
