1. Oversee the outsourced accounting team, ensuring accurate financial closing for Bulgari Philippines.
2. Collaborate with the Commercial Head and regional finance team to support finance activities.
3. Provide finance and monthly support for e-commerce invoicing, accounts payable, taxation filing, and bank reconciliations.
4. Support local accounting functions, including sales commissions computation, and liaise with local Thai tax authorities regarding VAT, tax filing, and withholding tax.
5. Manage retail activities and operational controlling.
6. Conduct corporate reporting, including SyRUS closing and intercompany reconciliation.
7. Oversee budgeting cycles and reporting.
8. Manage outsourced local accounting operations.

1. Minimum of 10 years of finance experience.
2. Preferably a degree holder or at least ACCA qualified.
3. Experience in luxury retail is preferred.

1. Strong technical knowledge in finance and accounting.
2. Ability to manage multiple work streams under tight deadlines.
3. Excellent communication skills with high integrity.
4. Fluency in Tagalog and English.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with a preference for candidates with luxury retail experience.

Preferably a degree holder or at least ACCA qualified.
