- Monitor budget expenses and manage accounts receivables.
- Lead and develop a team of 35 Bulgari Beauty Advisors.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales within luxury brand companies.
- Previous experience in the perfumes sector is essential.
- Strong negotiation and entrepreneurial skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
A minimum of 5 years in sales activities, preferably within the luxury brand sector, with international exposure and specific experience in perfumes.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
