- Attend business partners' events, select appropriate audiences, and place orders effectively.
- Support business partners in marketing and communication activities in-store.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure brand integration and consistent execution.
- Work closely with merchandising teams to ensure optimal in-store stock and product display.
- Ensure franchisees align with brand identity and retail guidelines, activating corporate stakeholders when necessary.
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to track, analyze, and interpret data to optimize operations and drive business decisions.
- Knowledge of the relevant market is preferable.
- Product knowledge is considered a plus.
- Proficiency in Italian and English.
- Project management expertise.
- Knowledge of IT applications such as MS Office and Power BI.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time.
