1. Lead and inspire a team of Store Managers to maximize sales and profitability across Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
2. Implement and oversee commercial action plans to ensure operational excellence and alignment with company strategies.

4. Support the Retail Experience Director in strategic decisions regarding store locations and merchandising strategies.

1. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Proven track record in sales management and operational excellence.
3. Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
