- Oversee the estimate process and provide clients with prompt updates.
- Monitor repair status and maintain communication with service centers and clients regarding item status and delivery.
- Coordinate and ensure timely care service management, including shipping items to the Regional Care Service Center.
- Handle billing processes and manage the inventory of spare parts.
- 4-5 years of experience in after-sales service or care processes and systems.
