1. Manage the repair and service process, including receiving items, entering client and product data, and completing service forms in the CRM system.
2. Oversee the estimate process and provide clients with prompt updates.
3. Monitor repair status and maintain communication with service centers and clients regarding item status and delivery.
4. Coordinate and ensure timely care service management, including shipping items to the Regional Care Service Center.
5. Handle billing processes and manage the inventory of spare parts.

1. 4-5 years of experience in after-sales service or care processes and systems.
2. Proficiency in data management.
3. Understanding of quality management principles.
4. Fluency in English.
