Bvlgari After-Sales Service Manager

- Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups, including welcoming clients, receiving products, gathering necessary information, overseeing repairs, and keeping clients informed.
- Organize and manage repairs by sorting and dispatching to appropriate workshops, handling shipments and returns, ensuring quality control, billing, and administrative follow-up.
- Handle client communications via emails and calls, respond to specific requests, and maintain case follow-ups.
- Collaborate with workshops and team members, negotiate with workshops, track validations, brief the team, manage complex cases, and update tracking files.
- Coordinate deadlines, manage spare parts inventories, and report on ongoing cases.
- Provide logistical support to the back-office team in their daily tasks.
- Higher education degree
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of professional experience in after-sales service management within the luxury sector, preferably in jewelry or watchmaking
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to react swiftly and manage priorities and urgencies effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and a developed sense of customer service
- Proficiency in IT tools and after-sales management software (Cosmo, SAP, Excel)
- Fluent in English
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury sector, ideally in jewelry or watchmaking.
Higher education degree required.
