1. Coordinate activities to optimize Advertising & Promotion (A&P) investments, enhancing business performance and ensuring governance.
2. Serve as a reliable stakeholder for marketing, communication, and finance teams, providing timely and accurate analysis of marketing and communications performance.
3. Deliver actionable insights, advice, and recommendations on historical and future marketing and communication performance to company leadership.
4. Monitor period performance and execution of marketing and communication projects.
5. Analyze and present A&P performance, transforming data into insights and actionable decisions.
6. Develop budgets and revisions, preparing bottom-up by department, and provide strategic advice on cost-saving and margin improvement.
7. Manage corporate and local reporting, coordinating reporting across all areas and developing ad-hoc reports as needed.
8. Understand firm systems and data to assess implications of operational changes on reporting.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a finance department, with international experience considered a plus.
2. Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis techniques.
3. Fluency in Italian and English.
