1. Coordinate activities to optimize Advertising & Promotion (A&P) investments, enhancing business performance and ensuring governance.
2. Provide accurate and timely analysis on marketing and communications performance to stakeholders, including marketing, communication, finance teams, and top management.
3. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations on historical and future marketing and communication performance to company leadership.
4. Monitor period performance and execution of marketing and communication projects.
5. Analyze and present A&P performance, transforming data into insights and actionable decisions.
6. Develop budgets and revisions, preparing bottom-up by department, and provide strategic advice on cost saving and margin improvement.
7. Oversee corporate and local reporting, ensuring coordination across all areas and developing ad-hoc reports to meet specific information needs.
8. Understand firm systems and data to assess implications of operational changes on reporting.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, with international experience considered an advantage.
2. Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis techniques.
3. Fluency in Italian and English.
