- Deliver exceptional client service and personalised clienteling to high‑net‑worth customers, building long‑term relationships and client loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales KPIs through consultative selling, strategic cross‑selling and upselling of jewellery and silverware collections.
- Maintain superior in‑store presentation and visual merchandising standards consistent with Buccellati’s brand image and heritage.
- Provide expert product knowledge and storytelling about craftsmanship, materials and provenance to elevate the client experience.
- Manage transactional duties including POS operations, sales administration, after‑sales follow up and accurate handling of luxury stock.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, supporting onboarding, product training and a high‑performance sales culture.
- Support boutique events, private appointments and trunk shows, coordinating with store management and regional teams as required.
- Proven track record in luxury jewellery or high‑end accessories retail with measurable sales performance.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance and discretion when servicing high‑profile clients.
- Strong merchandising sensibility and attention to detail in maintaining presentation standards.
- Capability to manage complex sales processes, including private appointments and bespoke requests.
- Language aptitude: proficiency in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin advantageous for the Hong Kong market.
