Buccellati Sales Executive

- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets as directed by management.
- Collaborate with Boutique Director and Assistant Boutique Manager on special client requests.
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment in the boutique.
- Support after-sales clients with solutions aligned with Maison values.
- Assist ecommerce clients and handle phone inquiries to schedule appointments and arrange correspondence.
- Stay informed on industry news and competitive brands.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of high jewelry, including one-of-a-kind pieces, to drive sales.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships through expert clienteling.
- Partner with management and Corporate Team on CRM initiatives.
- Accurately capture and manage client data, ensuring consistent follow-up and relationship building.
- Resolve client issues and escalated matters appropriately.
- Support in-store and off-site events to enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
- Comply with all Maison policies and procedures.
- Assist with daily boutique operations, including setup, breakdown, and maintenance.
- Participate in inventory and cycle counts to ensure successful audits.
- Maintain visual integrity and brand standards for boutique aesthetics.
- Perform special projects as assigned by boutique management.
- High School Diploma; college degree preferred.
- Experience in luxury retail or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent understanding of luxury client experience and customer service.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SAP is a plus.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with logistics and operations.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality is preferred, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and achieving sales targets.

Salary range: $26 - $30 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
