- Deliver exemplary, high‑touch client service and personalised clienteling throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team performance.
- Develop deep product knowledge across fine jewellery, high jewellery and silver collections to advise clients authoritatively.
- Maintain boutique standards of visual merchandising, presentation and store housekeeping in line with brand guidelines.
- Execute point‑of‑sale transactions, manage returns and handle high‑value payments with accuracy and discretion.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, manage appointments, follow up on leads and nurture long‑term client relationships.
- Support boutique events, private viewings and after‑sales service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Assist with stock control, receiving deliveries and basic inventory reconciliation under the store manager’s direction.
- Proven experience in luxury retail or fine jewellery boutiques (see experience requirements).
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanour appropriate for a high‑end maison.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and evenings as required by boutique operations.
- Right to work in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Clienteling and relationship management
- High‑value transaction handling and cash reconciliation
- Point‑of‑sale (POS) operation and basic till management
- Visual merchandising and boutique presentation
- CRM usage for appointments and sales follow‑up
Minimum of 2 years’ direct experience in luxury retail, ideally within fine jewellery, watches or high‑end accessories; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and developing repeat clientele.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or diploma in retail, hospitality, luxury goods or a related field is a plus.
