Buccellati Retail Sales & Performance Analyst

- Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports on retail performance, including sales data, sales reports, and stock analysis.
- Ensure retail compliance with the Maison’s commercial policies.
- Collect and validate data from multiple sources such as POS systems, CRM, and BI tools.
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with retail, finance, and CRM teams to ensure data alignment and reporting consistency.
- Provide insights to support store performance reviews, retail action plans, and strategic decision-making.
- Support training on reporting tools or platforms for Boutique Managers and regional teams.
- Monitor the performance of new initiatives and analyze their impact on retail metrics.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and Power Query.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Experience using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle and POS data.
- Strong ability to work with precision and ensure data integrity.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data sets and identify key trends, outliers, and opportunities.
- Excellent presentation skills to translate data into clear, insightful presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple tasks, scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify data for non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with global retail, finance, and commercial teams.
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
Experience in data analysis and data entry, particularly in analyzing large data sets within a retail environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
