1. Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports on retail performance, including sales data, sales reports, and stock analysis.
2. Ensure retail compliance with the Maison’s commercial policies.
3. Collect and validate data from multiple sources such as POS systems, CRM, and BI tools.
4. Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate key trends and opportunities.
5. Collaborate with retail, finance, and CRM teams to ensure data alignment and reporting consistency.
6. Provide insights to support store performance reviews, retail action plans, and strategic decision-making.
7. Support training on reporting tools or platforms for Boutique Managers and regional teams.
8. Monitor the performance of new initiatives and analyze their impact on retail metrics.

1. Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and Power Query.
2. Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
3. Experience using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle and POS data.
4. Strong ability to work with precision and ensure data integrity.

1. Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data sets and identify key trends, outliers, and opportunities.
2. Excellent presentation skills to translate data into clear, insightful presentations and reports for senior stakeholders.
3. Strong organizational skills, including managing multiple tasks, scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
4. Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify data for non-technical audiences.
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with global retail, finance, and commercial teams.
6. Resourceful and solutions-oriented problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.

Experience in data analysis and data entry, particularly in analyzing large data sets within a retail environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
