1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed boutique sales targets.
2. Monitor sales performance and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.
3. Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, key metrics, and market trends.
4. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
5. Ensure adherence to company policies and operational efficiency.
6. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage boutique staff.

5. Fluency in Italian and English is required.
