1. Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed boutique sales targets.
2. Monitor sales performance and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.
3. Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, key metrics, and market trends.
4. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
5. Ensure adherence to company policies and operational efficiency.
6. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage boutique staff.
7. Foster a collaborative work environment and conduct performance reviews.
8. Ensure exceptional customer service and a seamless omnichannel experience.
9. Integrate digital tools and technologies into the retail environment.
10. Develop long-term client relationships and execute in-store events.
11. Manage the retail budget and ensure boutiques operate within budget guidelines.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of retail management experience in the luxury goods sector.
3. Proven track record in managing multi-boutique operations and driving sales growth.
4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluency in Italian and English is required.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
3. Experience with digital tools and CRM systems.
4. Excellent understanding of the Italian luxury market and consumer behavior.

Minimum of 10 years in retail management, with significant experience in the luxury goods sector and within the Italian market.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
