1. Support the Quality Control team in ensuring product compliance.
2. Verify the conformity of internally produced and supplier-provided products, reporting non-compliance according to the Maison's Quality Code.
3. Conduct quality control of precious and semi-precious stones used in the Atelier's creations, ensuring adherence to the Maison's quality standards.
4. Compile non-compliance reports and draft detailed reports on inspections, highlighting any discrepancies and proposing corrective actions.
5. Manage repairs for suppliers and end customers.
6. Collaborate with the central team in Milan for monthly quality closure (KPI).
7. Work with other company functions (Process Engineer, UT, production) to create Action Plans for resolving non-compliance issues.

1. Previous experience in Quality Control, preferably within the jewelry/silverware sector.
2. Knowledge of the characteristics of major precious and semi-precious stones (diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds, etc.) and quality control techniques.
3. Willingness to travel within Italy (2-3 days per month).

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
4. Strong relational skills and ability to handle confidential information.
5. Sensitivity and passion for craftsmanship and jewelry/silverware products.
6. English language proficiency is a plus.

Previous experience in Quality Control, particularly in the jewelry or silverware industry, is preferred.
