1. Manage inventory accounting, goods movement, and supplier billing cost control, as well as oversee the administrative phases of work accounts, work orders, and related goods movement.
2. Perform administrative support functions, order supplies, and compile, distribute, and archive production documents such as contracts, schedules, reports, and timelines.
3. Prepare purchase orders and shipping documents for external artisans (outbound).
4. Record incoming shipping documents for returns from external artisans (inbound).
5. Document preparation and unloading of materials for internal processing.
6. Register processing stages for internal artisans and record processing times.
7. Close production orders and manage the inventory of finished products.
8. Verify stock levels and participate in periodic and annual inventory activities.
9. Proactively identify and seize opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in monitoring, reporting, and resolving production administration management issues.

1. 5-7 years of experience in similar roles
2. Knowledge of SAP and production and warehouse management specifics
3. Previous experience in the luxury sector is preferred
4. Experience in creating purchase orders
5. Basic understanding of accounting principles, including debit and credit functions

1. Hands-on approach and ability to work in a team
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
3. Strong sense of responsibility and ethical work approach
4. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately

5-7 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the luxury sector.
