Buccellati Production Administration Specialist

- Manage inventory accounting, goods movement, and supplier billing cost control, as well as oversee the administrative phases of work accounts, work orders, and related goods movement.
- Perform administrative support functions, order supplies, and compile, distribute, and archive production documents such as contracts, schedules, reports, and timelines.
- Prepare purchase orders and shipping documents for external artisans (outbound).
- Record incoming shipping documents for returns from external artisans (inbound).
- Document preparation and unloading of materials for internal processing.
- Register processing stages for internal artisans and record processing times.
- Close production orders and manage the inventory of finished products.
- Verify stock levels and participate in periodic and annual inventory activities.
- Proactively identify and seize opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in monitoring, reporting, and resolving production administration management issues.
- 5-7 years of experience in similar roles
- Knowledge of SAP and production and warehouse management specifics
- Previous experience in the luxury sector is preferred
- Experience in creating purchase orders
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, including debit and credit functions
- Hands-on approach and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
- Strong sense of responsibility and ethical work approach
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and accurately
5-7 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within the luxury sector.
