Buccellati Product Merchandising Trainee

- Support the preparation of analytical reports and presentations for top management.
- Perform catalog analysis to ensure an updated product offer and presentation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and performance reports to monitor product sales performance across the assortment.
- Conduct product trend analyses and competitive benchmarking within the luxury market.
- Follow the product development process, ensuring alignment between product strategy and market positioning.
- Continuously monitor competitors’ product launches and initiatives to provide actionable insights for new product positioning.
- Support the definition and optimization of the model stock, ensuring a balanced assortment between novelties and carry-over items.
- Monitor boutique stock levels and product availability, proposing actions to enhance performance and visibility of new launches.
- Contribute to the definition of strategic pricing for new collections, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and competitive landscape.
- Support price testing and sensitivity analyses to assess the impact of pricing strategies on product performance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business and Economics and/or Marketing Management.
- Previous experience, even if short, gained as a Marketing intern is appreciated.
- Fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP or PowerBI is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and rigorous.
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive with a solution/result-oriented attitude.
- Interest and passion for the jewelry and luxury market.
- Team working attitude.
Previous experience, even if short, gained as a Marketing intern is appreciated.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business and Economics and/or Marketing Management.
