1. Support creative briefs and conduct competitor and trend analysis.
2. Coordinate the product development process from ideation to market performance, including product definition, forecasting, pricing, and sales analysis.
3. Ensure production follow-up and adherence to deadlines.
4. Provide monthly global analysis for new products, key learnings, and action plans.
5. Identify products for continuation or discontinuation based on sales and Maison strategy.
6. Coordinate with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to develop a merchandising plan supporting business objectives.
7. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for product assortment and replenishment.
8. Analyze the effectiveness of merchandising programs and make necessary adjustments.
9. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand pricing trends.
10. Develop and recommend pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
11. Implement and maintain pricing structures across different product lines and channels.
12. Ensure pricing accuracy and consistency in all systems and communications.
13. Analyze the impact of pricing changes on sales and profitability.
14. Contribute to worldwide pricing reviews.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in a similar position.

1. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and quick learning ability.
4. Fluency in Italian and English.
5. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is advantageous.

A minimum of three years in a similar role within the luxury fashion or jewelry industry, focusing on product development and merchandising.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
