- Support creative briefs and conduct competitor and trend analysis.
- Coordinate the product development process from ideation to market performance, including product definition, forecasting, pricing, and sales analysis.
- Ensure production follow-up and adherence to deadlines.
- Provide monthly global analysis for new products, key learnings, and action plans.
- Identify products for continuation or discontinuation based on sales and Maison strategy.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Commercial teams to develop a merchandising plan supporting business objectives.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for product assortment and replenishment.
- Analyze the effectiveness of merchandising programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand pricing trends.
- Develop and recommend pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
- Implement and maintain pricing structures across different product lines and channels.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and consistency in all systems and communications.
- Analyze the impact of pricing changes on sales and profitability.
- Contribute to worldwide pricing reviews.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and quick learning ability.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is advantageous.
A minimum of three years in a similar role within the luxury fashion or jewelry industry, focusing on product development and merchandising.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
