1. Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems, including workbenches, ovens, laser welders, casting machines, extraction systems, and lighting installations, according to a defined schedule.
2. Manage fault diagnosis and prompt resolution in collaboration with external suppliers to minimize downtime.
3. Implement and manage the inventory of production consumables and spare parts for the Valenza HUB in collaboration with department team leaders, from procurement to delivery.
4. Compile maintenance reports and maintain an updated log of interventions.
5. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.
6. Propose improvements to optimize the efficiency and safety of systems.
7. Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
8. Support the production team in resolving technical issues.

1. High school diploma with a technical focus (e.g., mechanical, electrical, electronic).
2. Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in maintenance roles, preferably in artisanal or precision industrial production settings.

1. Basic knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
2. Ability to read technical diagrams and instruction manuals.
3. Proficiency in using measurement and diagnostic tools.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Precision, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
6. Flexibility and availability to work shifts or perform urgent interventions.
7. Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.

A minimum of 3 years in maintenance roles, ideally within artisanal or precision industrial production environments.
