Buccellati Maintenance Technician

- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems, including workbenches, ovens, laser welders, casting machines, extraction systems, and lighting installations, according to a defined schedule.
- Manage fault diagnosis and prompt resolution in collaboration with external suppliers to minimize downtime.
- Implement and manage the inventory of production consumables and spare parts for the Valenza HUB in collaboration with department team leaders, from procurement to delivery.
- Compile maintenance reports and maintain an updated log of interventions.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.
- Propose improvements to optimize the efficiency and safety of systems.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Support the production team in resolving technical issues.
- High school diploma with a technical focus (e.g., mechanical, electrical, electronic).
- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in maintenance roles, preferably in artisanal or precision industrial production settings.
- Basic knowledge of mechanics, electrical engineering, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and instruction manuals.
- Proficiency in using measurement and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Precision, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and availability to work shifts or perform urgent interventions.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
A minimum of 3 years in maintenance roles, ideally within artisanal or precision industrial production environments.
High school diploma with a technical focus.
