1. Monitor and record incoming and outgoing material movements.
2. Issue invoices and ensure accurate billing processes.
3. Reconcile inventory discrepancies and maintain warehouse accuracy.
4. Support inventory activities and conduct physical searches for missing products.
5. Identify and implement process improvements.
6. Perform back-office duties as required.
7. Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned.

1. Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Economics.
2. 1-2 years of experience in logistics.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Attention to detail and precision.
4. Strong planning and organizational skills.
5. Positive and proactive attitude.
