1. Create and update product master data, bill of materials (BOM), and material codes using PLM software.
2. Monitor technical information throughout the design and production process.
3. Collaborate with various departments such as Production, Quality, and Gemmology to ensure product information alignment.
4. Support the verification of technical data on PLM and technical sheets.
5. Manage PLM-related tickets and oversee the progress of incidents.
6. Maintain the PLM photo archive of products and semi-finished items.

1. High school diploma with a technical focus or a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
2. 1-2 years of prior experience in similar roles is preferred.

1. Basic knowledge of PLM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
2. Excellent proficiency in Italian and English.
3. Understanding of production flows and bill of materials.
4. Ability to work in a team, attention to detail, proactivity, and flexibility.
5. Strong sense of responsibility and ethical approach to work.

1-2 years of prior experience in similar roles is preferred.
