1. Manage incoming goods from production and external sources.
2. Conduct physical picking and allocation of items.
3. Handle merchandise movement within the system, addressing any discrepancies in delivery and invoicing.
4. Complete administrative formalities pertinent to the department.
5. Support inventory activities and conduct searches for missing products.
6. Identify and implement potential process improvements.
7. Interface with the commercial team and communication department for client management, events, and photo shoots.
8. Provide support for any ad hoc assigned activities.

1. Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Economics.
2. At least 1 year of experience in logistics.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP S/4HANA.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a logistics environment is required.

Diploma in Accounting or Degree in Economics.
