Buccellati Junior Financial Controller

- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans under the guidance of the FP&A team.
- Perform variance analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for decision-making support.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and Group policies.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure financial discipline and resource optimization.
- Assist in evaluating new business opportunities and investment proposals.
- Provide financial support for the Group SAP rollout project.
- Assist in developing financial models and scenarios related to SAP implementation.
- Support the integration of SAP data into existing financial reporting systems.
- Share knowledge and best practices in financial processes and analytical tools.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally within the luxury, retail, or manufacturing sector.
- Good understanding of P&L, BS, and CF statements, including consolidation accounting principles.
- Familiarity with ERP tools, SAP S4 preferred, and advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of financial systems like Power BI or other business analytics tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to summarize.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly integrate into a team and provide immediate support.
A minimum of 2 years in financial controlling, ideally within the luxury, retail, or manufacturing sector.
Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
