1. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and strategic financial plans under the guidance of the FP&A team.
2. Perform variance analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for decision-making support.
3. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring compliance with IFRS standards and Group policies.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure financial discipline and resource optimization.
5. Assist in evaluating new business opportunities and investment proposals.
6. Provide financial support for the Group SAP rollout project.
7. Assist in developing financial models and scenarios related to SAP implementation.
8. Support the integration of SAP data into existing financial reporting systems.
9. Share knowledge and best practices in financial processes and analytical tools.
10. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the finance function.

1. Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in financial controlling, ideally within the luxury, retail, or manufacturing sector.

1. Good understanding of P&L, BS, and CF statements, including consolidation accounting principles.
2. Familiarity with ERP tools, SAP S4 preferred, and advanced Excel skills.
3. Knowledge of financial systems like Power BI or other business analytics tools is a plus.
4. Fluency in English and Italian.
5. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to summarize.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. High level of adaptability and problem-solving capabilities.
8. Proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
9. Ability to quickly integrate into a team and provide immediate support.
