1. Manage and update the precious metals inventory (gold, silver, platinum, etc.) across various production departments.
2. Monitor and analyze discrepancies or losses during production phases such as melting, assembly, polishing, and finishing.
3. Oversee the management of production waste and planned recoveries on a monthly basis and pre-inventory biannually.
4. Analyze warehouse movements related to precious metals, semi-finished products, finished goods, and recoverable scraps.
5. Prepare periodic inventory and metal yield reports for management and accounting.
6. Ensure complete traceability of materials and compliance with Richemont procedures.
7. Support continuous process improvement to enhance yield and reduce material losses.

1. Technical diploma or degree in chemistry, metallurgy, management, or jewelry.
2. 3-5 years of prior experience in the jewelry sector or companies dealing with precious metals.

1. Proficiency in jewelry production processes.
2. Competence in using Excel and ERP software such as SAP; PLM knowledge is a plus.
3. Attention to detail, responsibility, and confidentiality.
4. Analytical skills and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
5. Goal-oriented work approach.

3-5 years of experience in the jewelry sector or in companies handling precious metals is required.
