- Manage and update the precious metals inventory (gold, silver, platinum, etc.) across various production departments.
- Monitor and analyze discrepancies or losses during production phases such as melting, assembly, polishing, and finishing.
- Oversee the management of production waste and planned recoveries on a monthly basis and pre-inventory biannually.
- Analyze warehouse movements related to precious metals, semi-finished products, finished goods, and recoverable scraps.
- Prepare periodic inventory and metal yield reports for management and accounting.
- Ensure complete traceability of materials and compliance with Richemont procedures.
- Support continuous process improvement to enhance yield and reduce material losses.
- Technical diploma or degree in chemistry, metallurgy, management, or jewelry.
- 3-5 years of prior experience in the jewelry sector or companies dealing with precious metals.
- Proficiency in jewelry production processes.
- Competence in using Excel and ERP software such as SAP; PLM knowledge is a plus.
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and confidentiality.
- Analytical skills and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
- Goal-oriented work approach.
3-5 years of experience in the jewelry sector or in companies handling precious metals is required.
Technical diploma or degree in chemistry, metallurgy, management, or jewelry.
