Buccellati HR Generalist Trainee

- Assist in defining job profiles through drafting job descriptions and postings on company channels.
- Monitor job postings, screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and organize candidate interviews, initially under supervision and subsequently independently.
- Develop shortlists of candidates for presentation to Line Managers.
- Support the organization of interviews and update the candidate pipeline.
- Independently manage internships in collaboration with external providers.
- Liaise with universities for internship position management.
- Support the management of internal training sessions, including agendas, materials, and follow-up.
- Assist in drafting internal communications for email and intranet.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including relationships with schools and universities.
- Support the management and closure of monthly attendance records on the Zucchetti portal and other administrative tasks.
- Order meal vouchers and prepare ad hoc monthly reports as required.
- Degree in Humanities, Law, Economics, or a Master's in HR.
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, precision, and attention to detail.
- Strong orientation towards the luxury sector.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
Previous experience, even brief, in similar roles is considered advantageous.
Degree in Humanities, Law, Economics, or a Master's in HR.
