Buccellati HR Generalist Trainee

1. Assist in defining job profiles through drafting job descriptions and postings on company channels.
2. Monitor job postings, screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and organize candidate interviews, initially under supervision and subsequently independently.
3. Develop shortlists of candidates for presentation to Line Managers.
4. Support the organization of interviews and update the candidate pipeline.
5. Independently manage internships in collaboration with external providers.
6. Liaise with universities for internship position management.
7. Support the management of internal training sessions, including agendas, materials, and follow-up.
8. Assist in drafting internal communications for email and intranet.
9. Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including relationships with schools and universities.
10. Support the management and closure of monthly attendance records on the Zucchetti portal and other administrative tasks.
11. Order meal vouchers and prepare ad hoc monthly reports as required.

1. Degree in Humanities, Law, Economics, or a Master's in HR.

1. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Strong organizational skills, flexibility, precision, and attention to detail.
4. Strong orientation towards the luxury sector.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team.

Previous experience, even brief, in similar roles is considered advantageous.

Degree in Humanities, Law, Economics, or a Master's in HR.
