1. Manage employee-related documentation, including contracts, attendance, and permits.
2. Assist in the preparation of pay slips and manage tax and social security obligations.
3. Update HR databases and company information systems.
4. Support the onboarding process for new hires.
5. Oversee the recruitment process from job advertisement to candidate selection.
6. Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
7. Maintain relationships with recruiting firms and employment agencies.
8. Monitor recruitment KPIs.

1. 1-2 years of experience in HR roles.
2. Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
3. Solid knowledge of Excel.
4. Familiarity with HR systems such as Zucchetti, SAP, and/or Workday.
5. Degree in humanities, economics, or law.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively and manage stress.
8. Precision, reliability, and confidentiality.
