Buccellati HR Administration Trainee

- Manage personnel documentation, including archiving, updating, and digitizing records.
- Prepare HR-related letters, contracts, and documents.
- Handle communications with relevant territorial entities.
- Oversee attendance and absence records using the Zucchetti portal.
- Assist in managing hiring, termination, and personnel mobility processes.
- Update personnel data in Zucchetti.
- Support employee inquiries regarding administrative issues.
- Assist in verifying compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Update HR procedures in accordance with new regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in humanities, economics, or legal studies.
- Master's degree or specialization in Human Resources is advantageous.
- Previous experience, even brief, in administrative roles or similar.
- Proficiency in HR software such as Zucchetti and Workday is a plus.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage priorities.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience, even if limited, in administrative roles or similar is required.
Bachelor's degree in humanities, economics, or legal studies.
