2. Prepare HR-related letters, contracts, and documents.
3. Handle communications with relevant territorial entities.
4. Oversee attendance and absence records using the Zucchetti portal.
5. Assist in managing hiring, termination, and personnel mobility processes.
6. Update personnel data in Zucchetti.
7. Support employee inquiries regarding administrative issues.
8. Assist in verifying compliance with labor laws and company policies.
9. Update HR procedures in accordance with new regulations.

1. Bachelor's degree in humanities, economics, or legal studies.
2. Master's degree or specialization in Human Resources is advantageous.
3. Previous experience, even brief, in administrative roles or similar.

1. Proficiency in HR software such as Zucchetti and Workday is a plus.
2. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3. Proficient in written and spoken English.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage priorities.
