- Execute the fabrication, assembly and finishing of high‑end jewellery pieces to atelier specifications, using traditional hand techniques and precision tools.

- Interpret technical drawings and prototypes to translate designer intent into finished pieces while suggesting practical refinements when appropriate.
- Conduct final quality inspections, identify and rectify defects, and ensure all work complies with precious‑metal standards and company quality benchmarks.
- Maintain and care for specialised tools and equipment; uphold excellent housekeeping and safety practices within the bench area.
- Collaborate with design, production and restoration teams on bespoke commissions, repairs and limited‑edition collections.
- Diploma or vocational qualification in goldsmithing, jewellery manufacture or equivalent formal training; completion of a recognised apprenticeship is highly regarded.
- Demonstrable mastery of hand engraving, filigree, soldering and precision finishing specific to fine jewellery.
- Proven competence in multiple stone‑setting techniques and work on precious metals (gold, platinum).
- Strong eye for detail, manual dexterity and steady hand under magnification.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures for high‑value jewellery and an understanding of hallmarking/metal fineness standards.
