1. Assist the FP&A team in delivering accurate financial information to support strategic action plans.
2. Participate in the consolidation of monthly and quarterly closing and reporting activities.
3. Support financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
4. Prepare ad hoc analyses and supporting materials for financial reviews.
5. Analyze financial performance on key performance indicators such as sales, margins, operating costs, and capital expenditures.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
2. Prior experience or traineeship in similar finance roles is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Understanding of international accounting principles.
3. Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, or Anaplan is a plus.
4. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
6. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines consistently.
7. Proactive and effective team collaboration.

Prior experience or traineeship in finance departments is considered beneficial.
