1. Support the Manufacturing Controller Team in ensuring accurate financial and operational data management.
2. Contribute to the automation and digitalization of controlling processes through data modeling and automated report creation.
3. Deliver ad hoc and structured analyses using data science techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
4. Transform data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics and Big Data, preferably with insights into Finance and Economics.
2. Previous experience or internship in Finance, Data Analysis, or similar roles with strong exposure to data tools is a strong plus.

1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
2. Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a strong plus.
3. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a structured, data-driven mindset.
4. Ability to manage large datasets and extract business insights through data visualization and storytelling.
5. Fluency in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Italian is a plus.

Previous experience or internship in Finance, Data Analysis, or similar roles is advantageous.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics and Big Data.
