- Support the Manufacturing Controller Team in ensuring accurate financial and operational data management.
- Contribute to the automation and digitalization of controlling processes through data modeling and automated report creation.
- Deliver ad hoc and structured analyses using data science techniques to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Transform data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics and Big Data, preferably with insights into Finance and Economics.
- Previous experience or internship in Finance, Data Analysis, or similar roles with strong exposure to data tools is a strong plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP, is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a structured, data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage large datasets and extract business insights through data visualization and storytelling.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
Previous experience or internship in Finance, Data Analysis, or similar roles is advantageous.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics and Big Data.
