1. Support the migration and optimization of the CRM database and adoption of new tools and reporting systems.
2. Oversee the transfer of customer data between systems during the replatforming process, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
3. Collaborate in defining and implementing dashboards to monitor CRM performance and refine KPIs to align with business objectives.
4. Assist in analyzing and redefining customer segmentation to drive personalization and support targeted campaigns.
5. Contribute to the execution of gifting activities to enhance client engagement and loyalty.
6. Assist in mapping and improving customer journeys to deliver seamless and high-value experiences.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy the Clienteling App across markets and boutiques.
8. Serve as a primary point of reference for CRM counterparts in different markets and support training activities to enhance CRM culture.

1. 2-3 years of similar experience in a luxury environment.
2. Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
3. Fluency in Italian and English.

1. Strong analytical skills and experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

2-3 years of experience in a luxury environment, particularly in CRM and clienteling roles.
