- Support client experience and in-store journey by welcoming clients, assisting sales associates, and ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Assist in sales closing by issuing invoices, processing payments, and packaging products.
- Manage administrative tasks including stock counts, replenishment, and coordination of deliveries.
- Handle purchase orders and vendor creation within the SAP system.
- Develop operational knowledge of digital tools such as CRM and sales platforms.
- Compile and analyze sales data, preparing regular sales reports.
- Adhere to brand visual identity guidelines and support visual merchandising.
- Foster strong relationships with headquarters and support daily operations.
- Assist in the organization and coordination of events.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with SAP is advantageous.

- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
2 to 5 years of experience in luxury retail, services, or luxury hospitality.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
