- Implement and maintain boutique operating policies and procedure manuals in collaboration with RNA Finance and Loss Prevention departments.
- Perform inventory control and quality control tasks, including vault storage, merchandise checks, and stock receipt.
- Oversee and prepare strategic reports and analysis to achieve boutique network goals, including monthly and quarterly performance KPIs.
- Manage building maintenance and ensure the boutique's retail aspects are in excellent condition.
- Handle incoming and outgoing shipments and manage vendor relationships.
- Facilitate memo/consignment processes and maintain accurate inventory records in partnership with the Marketing Team.
- Organize storage of jewelry and accessories, and maintain the flagship back-office area.
- Manage merchandising and daily maintenance of displays and back-stock.
- Order supplies for boutique operations and coordinate store maintenance issues with local contractors.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing repairs, mastering the SAP repair process and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with security and operational policies, and participate in audits and inventory counts.
- Assist with sales floor coverage, private appointments, and ensure a seamless selling ceremony.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision.
- Physical ability to lift 20+ pounds and perform duties involving standing, stairs, and moving.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- 3+ years of experience in jewelry or high-value luxury product sales and operations preferred.
- College degree preferred.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Salary range: $28 - $31 per hour. Richemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
