Buccellati Boutique Manager

- Achieve or surpass monthly and yearly sales targets, aligning with KPIs set by Retail Management.
- Establish and manage budgets, track sales and expenses, and maintain costs within established guidelines.
- Develop and implement the boutique action plan in collaboration with the commercial department, focusing on business development.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management and staff meetings, store walk-throughs, and audits.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Team to maintain store image standards and coordinate training for sales staff.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and retail KPIs.
- Ensure outstanding customer service, build strong customer relationships, and enhance loyalty.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador at meetings, events, and other functions.
- Manage and develop a relevant customer database, convert leads into sales, and retain customers for future transactions.
- Monitor and execute the Boutique CRM program.
- Perform supervisory functions to manage personnel effectively, define team missions and objectives, and establish priorities and deadlines.
- Foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate to maximize employee morale and productivity.
- Extensive previous management experience in retail, preferably in the luxury jewelry/watchmaking sector.
- Qualification or training in watches and jewelry, with knowledge of diamond grading and design.
- Preferably holding a qualification in gemology.
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory; knowledge of another language such as Arabic, Chinese, or Russian is a plus.
- Managerial skills with a proactive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks and ensure execution.
- Comfortable dealing with VIP clients.
- Strong representation skills.
- Focused, target-oriented, and organized.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Self-starter with a team-player approach.
Extensive previous management experience in retail, preferably in the luxury jewelry/watchmaking sector.
Preferably holding a qualification in gemology.
