Buccellati Boutique Manager

1. Achieve or surpass monthly and yearly sales targets of the boutique.
2. Establish budget, track sales and expenses, and maintain budget within guidelines.
3. Develop and implement the boutique action plan with a focus on business development.
4. Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular store management.
5. Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising Team to maintain store image standards.
6. Lead and motivate the team to maximize sales targets and retail KPIs.
7. Ensure outstanding customer service and build strong customer relationships.
8. Act as a Brand Ambassador at meetings, events, and other functions.
9. Manage personnel effectively, defining missions and objectives for team members.
10. Foster a cooperative and harmonious working climate to maximize morale and productivity.

1. Extensive previous management retail experience, preferably in luxury jewelry/watchmaking.
2. Qualification or training in watches and jewelry, knowledge of diamond grading and design.
3. Preferably with qualification in gemology.
4. Fluency in English and Italian; knowledge of another language is a plus.

2. Managerial skills and proactive approach.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to delegate tasks and ensure execution.
5. Comfortable dealing with VIP clients.
6. Excellent representation skills.

8. Strong understanding of customer service needs.
9. Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
10. Self-starter with a team-player approach.

Extensive previous management retail experience, preferably in the luxury jewelry/watchmaking sector.
