1. Oversee the development and optimization of boutique performance and profitability.
2. Ensure excellence in boutique operations and client service.
3. Coach and develop the boutique sales team.
4. Establish, maintain, and promote the Buccellati brand image and identity.
5. Participate in boutique management and achievement of commercial KPIs.
6. Train the boutique team on standard operating procedures.
7. Manage stock, cashier operations, and ensure inventory integrity.
8. Maintain the appearance and compliance of the boutique.
9. Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain profitability.
10. Implement daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
11. Ensure sales growth and contribute to sales targets.
12. Support the team in providing exceptional client service and product knowledge.
13. Manage after-sales activities and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
14. Develop sales strategies and action plans.
15. Perform supervisory functions to manage personnel effectively.
16. Hire, lead, and advise the boutique team on projects and operations.
17. Motivate the team around the Maison's strategy and vision.
18. Foster a cooperative and harmonious working environment.
19. Conduct year-end appraisals and career development for boutique staff.

1. 8-10 years of experience in the luxury retail industry, preferably in luxury jewelry or watchmaking.
2. 2+ years in a supervisory role.
3. Qualification or training in watches and jewelry, with knowledge of diamond grading and design.
4. Qualification in Gemology is a plus.

1. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
3. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.

8-10 years of experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
