Buccellati Boutique Manager

- Lead day-to-day boutique operations in Osaka, ensuring exceptional client service and adherence to maison standards.
- Drive sales performance and profitability by setting targets, monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans to exceed revenue goals.
- Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; deliver product, service and clienteling training tailored to luxury jewellery.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with VIP and prospective clients through proactive clienteling, bespoke appointments and after‑sales follow-up.
- Own inventory control, stock reconciliation and loss prevention processes; coordinate with regional supply chain for replenishment.
- Direct visual merchandising and store presentation to reflect Buccellati’s heritage aesthetic and seasonal campaigns.
- Manage boutique administrative duties including budgeting, cash handling, POS oversight and timely reporting to regional leadership.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations and health & safety standards.
- Proven management experience within luxury retail or jewellery boutiques, with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people‑development skills, with experience recruiting, coaching and performance-managing frontline teams.
- Deep knowledge of high jewellery product, materials and craftsmanship; ability to communicate product narratives persuasively.
- Excellent clienteling and relationship-management capabilities, with a track record of cultivating repeat and VIP clientele.
- Organisational rigour in inventory control, cash handling and boutique administration.
- Commercial acumen with competency in KPI analysis and retail P&L fundamentals.
- Fluency in Japanese; business-level English preferred. Legal right to work in Japan.

Typically 5+ years in luxury retail, including several years in supervisory or store‑management roles within jewellery or high-end fashion; demonstrable track record of driving sales and managing boutique operations.
