1. Oversee boutique operations and achieve commercial KPIs.
2. Train and guide the boutique team on standard operating procedures.
3. Manage stock integrity, inventory, and cash flow.
4. Ensure boutique appearance and maintenance meet brand standards.
5. Conduct regular store management and staff meetings to ensure policy compliance.
6. Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain profitability.
7. Implement daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
8. Drive sales growth and maximize boutique sales targets.
9. Support the boutique team in delivering exceptional client service.
10. Develop sales strategies and action plans to enhance sales.
11. Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
12. Supervise and manage boutique personnel effectively.
13. Hire, lead, and advise the boutique team on projects and operations.
14. Motivate the team to align with the Maison's strategy and vision.
15. Conduct year-end appraisals and develop career paths for boutique staff.

1. 8+ years of experience in the luxury retail industry, preferably in luxury jewelry or watchmaking, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
2. Qualification or training in watches and jewellery, with knowledge of diamond grading and design.
3. Gemology qualification is advantageous.

1. Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
4. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.

8+ years in luxury retail, with a focus on jewelry or watchmaking, and 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
