- Oversee boutique operations and achieve commercial KPIs.
- Train and guide the boutique team on standard operating procedures.
- Manage stock integrity, inventory, and cash flow.
- Ensure boutique appearance and maintenance meet brand standards.
- Conduct regular store management and staff meetings to ensure policy compliance.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain profitability.
- Implement daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Drive sales growth and maximize boutique sales targets.
- Support the boutique team in delivering exceptional client service.
- Develop sales strategies and action plans to enhance sales.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Supervise and manage boutique personnel effectively.
- Hire, lead, and advise the boutique team on projects and operations.
- Motivate the team to align with the Maison's strategy and vision.
- Conduct year-end appraisals and develop career paths for boutique staff.
- 8+ years of experience in the luxury retail industry, preferably in luxury jewelry or watchmaking, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
- Qualification or training in watches and jewellery, with knowledge of diamond grading and design.
- Gemology qualification is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications.
8+ years in luxury retail, with a focus on jewelry or watchmaking, and 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
