1. Drive the sales team to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
2. Implement business development strategies and boutique action plans.
3. Analyze sales results and identify opportunities for growth.
4. Support the team in implementing CRM strategies to improve client acquisition and retention.

6. Motivate, support, and develop Sales Associates through coaching and training.

1. Deputy Management experience, ideally in luxury retail or hospitality.
2. Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
3. Available to work retail hours, including weekends.
