1. Drive the roadmap for Brioni's special projects, including product launches, collaborations, and new product categories.
2. Create and maintain a calendar of special projects, ensuring alignment with relevant functions such as Merchandising, Style Office, and Marketing.
3. Ensure proper governance, methodology, and documentation for special projects, involving all necessary stakeholders.
4. Report progress and deviations to executive management, proposing solutions to potential roadblocks.
5. Manage daily licensing operations, coordinating with various functions and external specialists.
6. Amplify brand reach through third-party collaborations and new product category development.

1. Degree in marketing, business/economics, management, or related fields.
2. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the luxury industry.

2. Proficiency in finance, operations, and executive communication.
3. Ability to collaborate with diverse cultures and styles in an international setting.
4. Fluency in English and Italian.
