Brioni Store Supervisor

- Provide detailed product information and exceptional service to clients.
- Strive to achieve sales targets consistently.
- Enhance customer satisfaction with the brand.
- Assist the store manager in staff training, including product knowledge, service quality, basic English, and computer skills.
- Meticulously verify daily sales and inventory records.
- Strictly adhere to company policies and procedures.

- Effectively manage customer opinions and complaints.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to communicate in basic English.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail brand sales, with a preference for luxury industry experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
