1. Translate annual sales targets into actionable weekly and daily objectives for team members.
2. Ensure the effectiveness of the induction program for new staff and provide ongoing in-store training sessions, maintaining brand and product knowledge.
3. Build a loyal clientele through engaging and retention activities, utilizing clienteling tools.
4. Monitor staff behavior and KPI achievement, coaching team members and defining development plans through monthly reviews.
5. Implement actions based on specific business opportunities, such as events, training sessions, and sales targets.
6. Plan and schedule team resources to ensure optimal floor coverage.
7. Manage stock effectively, maintaining a focus on sales.
8. Oversee operational activities, optimizing costs, resources, and time.
