1. Translate annual sales targets into weekly and daily objectives for the team.
2. Ensure effective induction and continuous in-store training for staff, maintaining high standards of brand and product knowledge.
3. Cultivate a loyal clientele through engaging activities and leveraging clienteling tools.
4. Monitor staff performance and KPIs, providing coaching and development plans through regular reviews.
5. Implement strategic actions based on business opportunities, including events and training sessions.
6. Plan and schedule staff resources to ensure optimal floor coverage.
7. Manage stock efficiently with a focus on sales.
8. Oversee operational activities such as couriers, alterations, and store maintenance, optimizing costs and resources.

1. Bachelor's Degree
2. Minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within luxury boutiques
