- Drive sales by implementing concrete actions in alignment with Retail Excellence guidelines, serving as the brand ambassador.
- Participate in floor activities, inspiring and developing the team to successfully achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives while providing a unique in-store experience.
- Translate annual goals into weekly and daily individual targets, monitoring progress.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the induction program for new staff and provide ongoing in-store training, maintaining responsibility for the team's brand and product knowledge.
- Actively build a loyal clientele through engagement and retention activities, utilizing all client acquisition tools.
- Play a prominent role with VIP clients, establishing personal relationships and providing direct sales assistance.
- Continuously supervise staff behavior and KPI achievements, coaching team members to define specific development plans through monthly contact bases.
- Support sales advisors in sales activities to establish client relationships or assist in the sales process, such as facilitating cross-selling or upselling.
- Implement actions according to specific business opportunities, including events, dedicated training sessions, sales targets, and staff rotation.
- Identify, develop, and implement outreach strategies by conducting analyses and managing the top 20 client list, networking, and exploring new business opportunities in collaboration with marketing.
- Plan and schedule team and staff resources according to floor coverage needs.
- Effectively manage stock with the support of dedicated store team members, maintaining a constant focus on sales.
- Accurately manage store operational activities with the support of dedicated team members, optimizing costs, resources, and time.
- Handle administrative tasks related to store performance, as periodically directed by the Retail Director.
- Manage the e-commerce platform.
- Develop the performance of the Bespoke and Made to Measure (MTM) programs in Mexico.
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years in managerial roles within luxury boutiques
- Fluency in English
- High-end fashion knowledge and awareness of current fashion trends
