- Drive sales by implementing concrete actions aligned with Retail Excellence guidelines and act as a brand ambassador.
- Participate in floor activities and inspire the team to achieve quantitative and qualitative goals, ensuring a unique in-store experience.
- Translate annual objectives into weekly and daily individual targets and monitor progress.
- Ensure the effectiveness of the induction program for new staff and provide ongoing in-store training, maintaining team knowledge of brand and product.
- Build a loyal clientele through engagement and retention activities, utilizing all client acquisition tools.
- Take a prominent role with VIP clients, fostering personal relationships and providing direct sales assistance.
- Continuously monitor staff behavior and KPI achievements, coaching team members to define specific development plans.
- Support sales advisors in customer relationship building and sales processes, facilitating cross-selling and upselling.
- Implement actions based on specific business opportunities, such as events, dedicated training sessions, sales targets, and staff rotation.
- Identify, develop, and implement outreach strategies, including analyzing and managing the top 20 client list and networking for new business opportunities.
- Plan and schedule team resources and staffing according to floor coverage needs.
- Effectively manage stock with the support of dedicated store team members, maintaining a focus on sales.
- Accurately manage store operational activities with the support of dedicated team members, optimizing costs, resources, and time.
- Handle administrative tasks related to store performance, as directed by the Retail Director.
- Manage the e-commerce platform.
- Develop the performance of the Bespoke and Made to Measure (MTM) programs in Mexico.
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years in managerial roles within luxury boutiques
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of high-end fashion and current fashion trends
