- Translate annual sales targets into weekly and daily objectives for team members.
- Implement strategic actions to capitalize on business opportunities, including events and training sessions.
- Drive sales and profitability through effective merchandising, marketing, and CRM strategies.
- Develop and maintain a high-performing team through recruitment, training, and motivation.
- Ensure the effectiveness of staff induction programs and ongoing in-store training.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through engaging clienteling activities.
- Ensure a positive customer experience that aligns with brand values.
- Monitor staff performance and KPIs, providing coaching and development plans.
- Plan and schedule team resources to ensure optimal floor coverage.
- Manage stock effectively with a focus on sales.
- Oversee operational activities, optimizing costs and resources.
- Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to achieve company goals.
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing store environment.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in a retail environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial position in luxury boutiques
- Knowledge of high-end fashion and current trends
- Fluency in English
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for customer service and commitment to exceeding expectations
