Brioni Store Manager

- Exceed sales targets set by the company by building and maintaining a strong client base.
- Analyze sales figures and CRM activity to develop immediate and long-range goal plans.
- Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events.
- Maintain awareness of local and luxury market trends and monitor local competition activity.
- Build relationships with local and VIP clients.
- Showcase exemplary customer service and resolve customer situations diplomatically.
- Adhere to and reinforce the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines.
- Manage store operations effectively while minimizing costs, including headcount and operating costs.
- Lead and motivate staff by setting an exceptional example.
- Take ownership of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.
- Conduct in-store training and coordinate the induction of new staff.
- Carry out yearly appraisals for all staff, providing constructive feedback and setting development objectives.
- Understand staff training needs and liaise with the HR Department to implement training.
- Regularly update staff on business performance and new initiatives.
- Coordinate rotas and overtime, ensuring appropriate cover for absences.

Proven experience in managing luxury retail operations, with a focus on achieving sales targets and team leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
