Brioni Stock and Operations Specialist

- Oversee all aspects of inventory control, including receipt from warehouses and stores, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
- Monitor shipping and receiving procedures, including inter-store transfers, consignments, and paperwork distribution.
- Manage store use protocols such as clothing allowances, gifts, press pulls, stock adjustments, and known losses.
- Supervise management of damages and control shortages through effective inventory management.
- Maintain the back of house in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards.
- Ensure adherence to loss prevention standards and store policies.
- Order supplies as needed.
- Experience in a similar operational role within a luxury brand.
- Availability to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, including annual inventory and holiday seasons.
- Strong sense of ownership and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Proactive with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail in executing projects and initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good knowledge of the high-end fashion sector.
- Understanding of men's formalwear is advantageous.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Self-development attitude and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a comparable operational position within a luxury brand is required.
