Brioni Stock and Operations Specialist

1. Organize and maintain stock to maximize process efficiency and ensure excellent customer service.
2. Manage all aspects of inventory control, including receiving from the warehouse and stores, ensuring accuracy, and reporting discrepancies.
3. Monitor shipping and receiving procedures, including inter-store transfers, consignments, charges, consolidations, and paperwork distribution.
4. Oversee store use protocols, including clothing allowances, gifts, press pulls, stock adjustments, negative on hands, and known losses.
5. Manage damages and control shortage through inventory management.
6. Maintain the back of house in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards.
7. Uphold loss prevention standards through awareness and adherence to Store Policies.
8. Order supplies as needed.

1. Experience in a similar operational position in a luxury brand.
2. Availability to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, annual inventory, and holiday season.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. Good knowledge of the high-end fashion field.
7. Knowledge of men's formalwear is a plus.
8. Exceptional listening and communication skills.
9. Self-development attitude and team-player mentality.
10. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
11. Fluency in English.
