1. Oversee all aspects of inventory control, including receipt from warehouses and stores, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
2. Monitor shipping and receiving procedures, including inter-store transfers, consignments, and paperwork distribution.
3. Manage store use protocols such as clothing allowances, gifts, press pulls, stock adjustments, and known losses.
4. Supervise management of damages and control shortages through effective inventory management.
5. Maintain the back of house in compliance with Retail Operations and Standards.
6. Ensure adherence to loss prevention standards and store policies.
7. Order supplies as needed.

1. Experience in a similar operational role within a luxury brand.
2. Availability to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, including annual inventory and holiday seasons.

2. Proactive with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
3. Meticulous attention to detail in executing projects and initiatives.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
5. Good knowledge of the high-end fashion sector.
6. Understanding of men's formalwear is advantageous.
7. Exceptional listening and communication skills.
8. Self-development attitude and team collaboration skills.
9. Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
10. Fluency in English.

Previous experience in a comparable operational position within a luxury brand is required.
