Brioni Special Projects Coordinator

- Drive the roadmap of Brioni special projects, including the identification and investigation of new ideas and business case verification for executive decision-making.
- Create and maintain a rolling calendar of special projects, ensuring local relevance and coordinating key functions such as Merchandising, Style Office, and Marketing.
- Ensure proper governance, methodology, and documentation for special projects, involving relevant functions and experts, and facilitating clear communication among teams.
- Report progress and deviations to executive management, propose solutions to roadblocks, and discuss projects in go-to-market meetings.
- Manage daily licensing operations, supporting business development and operational activities for licensed products.
- Coordinate efforts with licensee teams and external specialists for product development, marketing, and communication.
- Amplify brand reach through third-party collaborations, identifying new opportunities and leading cross-functional teams in exploration phases.
- Support contract negotiations with suppliers to establish fair terms.
- Degree in marketing, business/economics, management, or related fields
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the luxury industry with strong business acumen
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in finance, operations, and executive communication
- Ability to work effectively in an international environment with diverse cultures
- Hands-on, proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities
- High energy, self-motivation, and resilience
A minimum of 3-5 years in the luxury industry with a focus on project management and business development.
Degree in marketing, business/economics, management, or related fields
