1. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and new clients, ensuring continuous engagement.
2. Achieve and surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales value, client retention, units per transaction (UPT), and cross-selling.
3. Expand the client base by developing a robust client book and executing effective clienteling strategies.
4. Network to grow potential customer base and gather market intelligence on trends, events, and competitor activities.
5. Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the store and the broader company.
6. Adhere to and implement stock procedures in line with company standards.
7. Uphold Brioni's standards, addressing any issues or risks proactively.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, preferably in men's formalwear.

1. Passion for sartorial culture and luxury retail.
2. Proficiency in spoken and written English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Strong clienteling skills with a proven ability to initiate and develop client relationships.
4. Attention to detail and capability to plan, execute, and follow up on tasks.
5. Commercial acumen with a proactive approach to business generation.
6. Effective communication skills to engage and influence clients and stakeholders.
7. In-depth knowledge of luxury retail standards and processes.

A minimum of 5 years in retail, ideally within the men's formalwear sector.
